- No further content (such as reviews or personal notes) is created or stored by users.
- Any icons or videos included within the App are subject to third-party attributions.
Ownership:
- All intellectual property rights in the content generated by the App belong to the App owner.
- Any third-party materials (icons, videos) retain their respective ownership and licensing terms.
4. Age Restrictions
- The App is strictly available to users 16 years of age or older.
- By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

- The App provides skincare recommendations for informational and advisory purposes only.
- The App is not a substitute for professional dermatological consultation.

- The App and its content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and reliance on any information provided is at your own risk.

Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy (which forms part of these Terms) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

- The App collects only essential information (facial photo, age, gender, name) to generate skincare recommendations.
- All personal data is stored locally on your device and not shared with third parties except for temporary AI processing.

- Facial images are temporarily processed by third-party APIs (Google Cloud Vision, Google Gemini API) for immediate analysis.
- The App does not store or retain user data externally.
- Users may permanently erase personal data at any time via the "Reset App Data" option.
Security:
- Industry-standard measures are implemented to protect your personal data.
- However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and users acknowledge this risk.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
- The App may contain attributions for third-party icons, videos, and other materials.
- Any external links or resources added in future updates will be subject to additional terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
